For application requests, and status updates on current applications, you may contact us Monday – Friday (between 8:00 and 5:00 pm) at 505-345-4949. The application can also be downloaded, completed, and mailed in, emailed, or faxed, with backup documentation. Work on homes will be phased in, following state guidelines and safety protocols, as we work to protect our clients and employees.
